Scope of this page
This page is not about medical or health records — HEXOGIC's website doesn't collect either. It covers biometric and likeness data: images, video, or audio of real people (talent, spokespeople, or other individuals) that may be used as reference or input when we produce AI-generated creative work for a client. In many jurisdictions, biometric identifiers like facial geometry or voiceprints are treated as sensitive data, sometimes alongside health data, which is why this gets its own notice.
What we process
On specific commissioned projects, we may process images, video, or audio depicting a real person's likeness or voice, along with the AI-generated outputs derived from it.
Consent & legal basis
We process this data under agreements with our clients and, where applicable, releases or consent obtained from the individuals depicted. HEXOGIC's direct commercial relationship is with the commissioning client — securing the underlying rights and consent for anyone shown is set out in that project agreement.
How we use it
Solely to produce the commissioned creative work for that project. Consistent with our public IP commitment, this data — and any project material derived from it — is never used to train public or third-party AI models.
Retention
Retained for as long as needed to deliver and support the project, per the terms of the relevant agreement, then deleted or archived per that agreement.

If you believe your likeness or voice was used in a HEXOGIC production and have questions about it, contact us at hello@hexogic.com. Because our direct relationship is with the commissioning client, some requests may need to be coordinated with them.
