For a century, the cost of a campaign lived in production. The shoot, the crew, the location, the lighting, the day rate, the reshoot. Production was the bottleneck, and so production was where the money was charged.
That bottleneck is gone. We can produce a finished, premium frame in the time it used to take to book a studio. When production becomes instant and nearly free, it stops being the scarce thing — and value moves to whatever is still scarce.
What's still scarce is direction. The brief that actually understands the brand. The point of view that makes one option right and a hundred others wrong. The taste to know when a frame is finished and when it is merely done.
This is the part no engine can do for you. The model will hand you a thousand directions; only a director knows which one to chase. We build our entire studio around that decision — the engine serves the direction, never the other way around.
It is why we say we don't generate, we direct. Generation is the cheap part now. Direction is the work.
